Wiser Healthcare is an internationally recognised collaboration that investigates overdiagnosis, overtreatment and medical overuse, with the aim of improving the equity, value and sustainability of healthcare in Australia and globally.

Working closely with senior academics, you will:

Undertake data collection, management, and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Support systematic reviews, including literature searches, eligibility screening, risk of bias assessment and evidence grading.

Assist with the preparation of ethics submissions, progress reports, and manuscripts for publication.

Provide general research administration support to ensure smooth project delivery.

About You
You will bring strong technical and organisational skills to a collaborative research environment. In addition to the qualifications and capabilities outlined below, applicants must address the full set of Key Selection Criteria listed in the linked Position Description:

An honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent research experience.

Proven ability in research data management and analysis, with familiarity in tools such as RevMan, NVivo, and Qualtrics.

Experience in preparing research outputs including manuscripts, reports and systematic reviews.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that is shaping evidence-based healthcare in Australia and beyond. At Monash, you’ll have the chance to work alongside internationally recognised researchers and contribute to projects that translate research into better health outcomes.
