Role: Research Strategist
The Market Capability Center (MCC) provides complementary and supplementary services to Adobe Customer Solutions central GTM and regional with scalable talent pool of experts. MCC aims at helping drive customer success at scale.
As a member of Adobe’s Market Capability Center team, you will be responsible for creating both qualitative and quantitative research deliverables and turning research into actionable outcomes and outputs for the key people in sales organization and executives/leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leverage knowledge and data inside the organization to build a point of view and knowledge that helps our GTM teams to identify white-space and themes for our installed customers base, solutions & industries
• Custom create research deliverables by studying Industry trends, latest and greatest trendlines in Customer experience Management (CXM) space, hot topics in the industry. Build hypothesis and POV’s.
• Work with cross functional teams – Services Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Delivery teams to understand the business-critical requests, identifying insights through interviews & converting them into consumable deliverables.
• Develop frameworks for the future to help evolve research and insights competency.
• Orchestrate internal meetings for quarterly exercise, partnering with cross functional teams.
Skills:
• Proven research and analytical skills, and strong ability to draw inferences and insights for business.
• Comfortable presenting insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders, team members
• Connecting the dots between functional priorities and future opportunities & key initiatives
