I am working on a business paper focusing on the hospitality industry in Italy, specifically related to family-owned hospitality properties.

I need an experienced research writer to assist in developing the content step-by-step. We will begin with the literature review, and I plan to continue working with the freelancer through the remaining sections of the paper as the project progresses.

Project Background:

The paper will be based on a project I worked on: Fenice Hospitality Partners S.R.L., an entity focused on developing and managing hotel investments in Italy.

Project Description: We identified an untapped market opportunity in Italy’s family-owned hospitality properties, which are often underutilized due to their small scale, lack of modernization, and limited international exposure.

Fenice Hospitality Partners S.R.L. was established to help these properties thrive by providing management services and investment solutions. The business model targets properties positioned between the super luxury and budget segments, preserving the authentic Italian hospitality experience while offering substantial investment returns.

Our objective is to attract international investors interested in entering the Italian hospitality market, leveraging local expertise and strategic insights to enhance these family-owned properties.

Project Structure:

The paper will follow this structure:

•Abstract: A 200-word summary of the paper’s objectives and main findings.

• Introduction: A clear explanation of the project, research question, and how it ties into my business project.

• Literature Review: A review of academic and grey literature relevant to the topic. This will be the first section we focus on.

• Methodology (Optional): Depending on the research design, it may include sample selection, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.

• Analysis: Detailed analysis of the findings, with tables, charts, and graphs to support the data.

• Conclusions: Summary of the findings and clear managerial recommendations.

• References: Use APA or Chicago style for citations.

• Appendix: Include supporting materials if needed.

Step 1: Literature Review (To be done by Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 6:00 pm CEST)

Objective: I need a short review of the main literature and theoretical framework relevant to the hospitality industry, specifically in the context of family-owned properties in Italy. You will be provided with key texts (listed below), and your task is to independently identify theories and models from these sources that can be applied to our project.

You are encouraged to find additional academic or grey literature as needed, but at least one of the provided texts must be referenced—ideally, two, and using all three would be even better.

• A concise literature review of relevant theories and frameworks related to family-owned hospitality properties, market modernization, and investment solutions in the hospitality industry.

• Approximately 1,000-1,500 words, cited using APA or Chicago style.

• Sources should be reliable and up-to-date, including a mix of academic papers and industry-related content.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in this kind of writing, particularly in business or hospitality-related topics.

• Experience conducting literature reviews.

• Familiarity with hospitality industry trends, especially family-owned businesses and investment strategies.

• Ability to work independently and identify the most relevant content from the provided materials.
