Upsell special packages, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and any changes to reservations
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination regarding guest arrivals and special requests
Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, seeking to resolve them to the guest’s satisfaction
Stay informed about restaurant policies, special events, and menu changes to provide accurate information to guests
Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and guest services as needed
