Responsibilities
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm - weekends as needed
+0% of this role will be focused on groups, the other 10% will be on leisure wholesale third parties
Creating and Managing group room block, building new SRPs in ONQ and R&I
Monitor group blocks, ensure cut off dates are met, monitor groups performance, process rooming list using passkey
Answer all transient and group reservations calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested information
Work closely with hotel all necessary departments
Confirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email

The stunning Signia Orlando Bonnet Creek is searching for a Reservations Coordinator to join their team!

Ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience in front desk reservations and group housing. Hotel experience is required. Having experience and working knowledge of excel and simple formulas is required. OnQ and R&I experience is highly preferred along with wholesales. Previously Forbes or luxury hotel experience is preferred
