Residential Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The Residential Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in common areas of residential buildings, performing move-out cleans, and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas of different buildings including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, laundry rooms, and entrances
Perform thorough move-out cleans of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Prepare vacant units for move-ins to ensure they are clean, sanitary, and move-in ready
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors as required
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, cabinets, and fixtures
Remove garbage and dispose of waste properly
Refill supplies in common areas as needed
Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management
Follow company cleaning standards, safety guidelines, and schedules
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
Qualifications & Skills

Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work flexible hours as required

Vacant and occupied properties
Independent and team-based work depending on assignments
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
