Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Designer at Umbrette. The Residential Designer will be responsible for creating residential design plans, collaborating with architects, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and working on custom home projects. The role will involve contributing to architectural design concepts and ensuring high-quality design implementation.
Qualifications
• Residential Design and Architectural Design skills
• Experience in working on custom homes projects
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
• Ability to collaborate with architects and other team members effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in the residential design industry is a plus
