Minimum experience:- 3 years in resort or hotel management.
Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Skillset:-

Good communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Resort Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the smooth functioning of our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional with excellent administrative and communication skills, dedicated to ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, guest inquiries, reservations, and record-keeping.
Staff Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation among staff members.
Guest Services: Oversee guest services to guarantee an exceptional experience, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Event Coordination: Manage and facilitate events and special functions, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize resort profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and resort policies.
Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors to secure services and supplies, negotiating contracts to optimize value for the resort.
Requirements:

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and quickly respond to changing priorities.
Leadership: Demonstrate leadership qualities, motivating and guiding the resort team towards common goals.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
