Resource Manager - Deposit Mobilization - NBFC

Grade - Manager / Senior Manager / Chief Manager based on experience

(Resource - by resource we mean the raising of funds from public via multiple instruments for further lending instead of depending on Bank Loans)

Domain Knowledge: -

The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC. Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and regulatory environment in India.Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable.

Skills

In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industryExpertise in areas such as -Business development / Target Setting, Stake holder Management.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Good leadership qualities.Client relationship management and account management skills.Experience in handling mid to large-size HNI's.Excellent people management skills.Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.Willingness to travel extensively.
