Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Delhi, India. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, handling P&L management, and budgeting. This role also includes responsibilities such as hiring and training staff, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Experience in hiring and training staff
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, and Master of Business Adminitration (Marketing).
