Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate service in the dining room, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Manage and train junior waitstaff, setting high standards of service
• Assist guests with menu selections and wine pairings
• Liaise between the kitchen and front-of-house to maintain seamless service
• Handle guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved promptly
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a fine dining establishment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette
• A polished and professional approach to customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
