• Lead Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the end-to-end hiring process for designated company functions across the region, using innovative sourcing strategies and strong networking to build robust talent pipelines and fill key roles efficiently.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to map out strategic hiring timelines and budgets, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
• Talent Management & Development: Design and implement talent management initiatives including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• HR Advisory & Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievance handling.
• Performance Management: Drive the implementation of performance management systems, identify improvement areas, and coordinate in-house training programs to support continuous development.
• Compensation & Career Guidance: Educate and support teams on compensation structures, performance feedback mechanisms, and career transition opportunities.
• Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across functions and locations, promoting awareness on company policies, code of conduct, and POSH compliance.
• Retail HR Support: Support sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews for retail roles, ensuring smooth onboarding and conducting induction programs aligned with company values.
• Store-Level Engagement & Operations: Act as the key HR liaison for store staff, addressing queries, promoting engagement initiatives, coordinating appraisals, and ensuring timely documentation of performance evaluations.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, track key HR metrics (attrition, hiring status, training participation), and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
