Position: Retail Sales Executive (Food/Deli) at Bandra, Mumbai

Qualifications Required: Degree in any discipline

Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in retail as a sales associate, preferably in the food retail sector.

Other skills required: Should be proficient in MS Office, POS operations and have good English communications skills. Should be able to write emails to vendors. Knowledge and experience in setting up Ham & Cheese platters is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers and give product information to the customers based on their preference and taste

Provide product information, solve customer queries regarding heating/cooking instructions.

Provide meat and cheese pairing options

Take orders and record sales accurately on POS system and process payments

Re-organize product display whenever required to ensure its clean and attractive

Manage stocks every day and punch the data accurately on system, update stock requirements

Highlight any. difference between the physical stock received and stock on record

Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs and plan the stock requirements

Manage and maintain cash sales record, closing stock records, product wastage records etc.

Manage delivery portals of the store and keep it updated with the stock in hand.
