Responsibilities
• Achieve sale numbers & market shares as per the business plan.
• Carry out Sales promotion activities to increase awareness, penetration, generate enquiries and sales.
• Manage team of DSEs and ensure good quality & nos. of enquiries are generated by them and desired levels of productivity in terms of sale nos. per DSE are achieved.
• Relationship building with customers, financiers and other key players in the market.
• Ensure compliance with company processes & adhere to various standards set by the company.
• Ensure Transparent Transaction with Customer and Stake holders
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications
• Engineering graduate/ MBA with 5+ years of relevant Commercial Vehicles/ Automobiles sales experience. Full time graduate with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Candidate should be 60% through out in 10th, 12th and Graduation - its mandatory
• Aggressive, out - going, result oriented person.
• Good people manager.
• Good team player.
