Job Details

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all retail sales at Kota store. Ability to work with sales teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on App based CRM’s. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in Rajasthani Hindi and English Language.

Job Role at Lenskart Kota:

• Welcomes Kota customers by greeting them; offering them assistance

• Advises customers by providing information on products, price, details etc.

• Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards

• Ensure that Kota customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens.

• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items

• Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers,

• Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service.

• Other duties as advised by the Kota store sales team.

Qualification required for Sales Executive Job in Kota

• Firstly, Graduation is required to getting enrol. (Any bachelor degree).

• Retail sales experience in Kota will required.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Decision making and delivering results

• Excellent communication skills in Regional of Kota – Hindi & English

• Must have local area / navigational knowledge of Kota Rajasthan.

• Good in Interpersonal skills
