Retention Specialist( Freshers); Urgent requirement DM Or Email.
• Engaging with Customers: Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. This can involve direct communication, surveys, or focus groups.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that might cause a customer or employee to leave. This can include troubleshooting product issues, resolving billing disputes, or addressing workplace grievances.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze and act upon feedback to improve services, products, or workplace environments.
• Loyalty Programs: Develop, implement, and manage loyalty or rewards programs to encourage continued patronage.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data related to customer churn rates, feedback scores, and other relevant metrics. Use this data to develop strategies to improve retention.
Skills Required:
• Communication: Must be an excellent listener and communicator, capable of understanding and empathizing with others.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on one's feet and offer timely solutions.
• Data Analysis: Comfort with analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships and trust with customers or employees.
• Negotiation Skills: Often, a retention specialist may need to negotiate terms, deals, or solutions with those considering leaving.
• Product Knowledge: Must have a deep understanding of the products, services, or environment they are working within.
