A Day in the Life

As a Returns Clerk, you will play an important part of the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday (5:00AM - 1:30PM)

Starting Pay:

$17.75 per hour

All About You

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Ability to learn basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
The Must Haves:

Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department
Must be in good standing in your position (i.e., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within last 3 months)
Must notify Supervisor before applying to this role
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
Things You Will Be Doing:

Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements.
Input returns information into the system.
Client communication via email and reporting.
Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures.
Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
Performs other duties as requested.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience working with YouTube, shorts or other social media platforms.
Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and facilitate agreements.
Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and engaged landscape.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust social share shift video strategy focused on accelerating sales outcomes, identifying key opportunities and growth areas.
Influence product roadmaps and feature development to launch plans and marketing campaigns in order to meet the specific needs of our customers’ business.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback and sales team needs related to social video consumption, translating them into actionable insights for product.
Leverage data-driven approaches to analyze social video performance metrics, identifying trends and reporting on strategy effectiveness in driving sales outcomes.
Stay current with the latest social media trends, video best practices, platform updates, and performer activities to identify product innovation opportunities.
