Job description
Revx Hospitality is a leading organization specializing in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Booking Confirmation and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and verify travel bookings to ensure all details are accurate and complete
• Confirm travel itineraries with clients and provide all necessary documentation
• Communicate with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm reservations and address any issues
• Handle last-minute changes or cancellations and rebook travel arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and confirmations in the agency’s database
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly
• Identify and research potential clients using various online and offline methods
• Generate new leads through networking, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with travel advisors
• Maintain a lead database, tracking progress and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Analyze lead generation performance and report on key metrics

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a travel agency, customer service, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using booking software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with various lead generation techniques and tools
• Passion for travel and a good understanding of popular travel destinations
• Bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism, marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in lead generation or sales
• Knowledge of multiple languages
