Role: Revenue & Distribution Executive
The Other House is looking for an experienced, dynamic and energetic Revenue & Distribution Executiveto join our central office team to assistwith driving results across all accommodation revenue streams to support our exciting growth plans.
As Revenue Executive you will be part of the Revenue team and you will work very closely with the group reservation function and the operation teams based at residence. You will have a good understanding of the hospitality market and reservations so that you can contribute to making positive commercial decisions. You will have experienced a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and have the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions. You will have experience in revenue, reservations or sales role within a luxury hotel or apartments and you will have substantial administrative experience.
Essential Criteria:
• A minimum of 2years of proven experience withinhotelreservationsor revenue department
• Experience working for independent properties / small groups / aparthotels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows software, with extensive experience in the use of Excel
• Strong planning, organising and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels
• Passionate and self-driven
• A team player with a ‘Jack of all Trades’ attitude
• An ambassador for The Other House brand
• Excellent command of English – both verbal and written
• The right to work in UK
Systems/Technology:
• Experience in using the following systems would be a distinct advantage.
• RMS- Duetto
• Mews (PMS)
• Ihotelier(CRS)
• Site Minder (Channel Manager)
• STR (Competitor Benchmarking)
• OTA Insight (Competitor Rate Shopping)
• Pxier
• CRM (Revinate)
