Hospice care RNs at CentraCare are truly compassionate, providing emotional, spiritual and physical support to terminally ill patients and their families. This position will cover the Appleton, Dawson, and Madison areas.

Schedule:

64 hours every 2 weeks
Monday-Friday
8AM-4:30PM
Every 4-5th weekend on-call + weekly call rotation
Holiday rotation
Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.79 per hour
Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.14 per hour
Master’s in nursing starting at $43.20 per hour
Pay range: $40.79 - $61.76 per hour
$3,500 Hiring bonus!
$5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)!

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Minnesota RN license
Up-to-date AED/CPR training
A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage, required
3 years or more of successful nursing practice as a RN
Management experience, preferred
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
