Responsibilities
A Program Coordinator Nurse uses nursing values to organize programs
They are a key contact for staff and oversee budgets
Responsibilities include organizing services, resolving issues, and improving patient care
Orchestrating and publicising programs, including delivering training and continuous learning opportunities for our team
Acting as a conduit between the team, advisory committee, and facility management, including the marketing team
Engaging in and coordinating the annual planning and review of programs
Planning, conducting, and sharing evaluations of our program's efficacy
Gathering and processing all results-related data promptly and accurately
Enforcing ongoing quality improvement initiatives to meet the standards of relevant regulatory bodies
Handling program-related correspondence and records, ensuring medical records are up-to-date, verifying patient charges, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and evaluating financial summaries
Handling patient concerns regarding our services, resolving these issues and documenting the resolution process
Managing medication as per program protocols, when requested by the patient's doctor
