Role Description
Urban School is looking for a passionate and skilled Robotics Tutor to join our team on a contract basis in Hyderabad. This is an on-site role focused on introducing and guiding school students primarily from the younger age groups through the fundamentals of robotics in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. The ideal candidate will have a knack for making technology accessible and fun, inspiring curiosity and creativity in young minds.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive robotics sessions for school students, especially those in primary and middle school.
Develop or adapt age-appropriate robotics curriculum and learning materials.
Facilitate hands-on learning using kits like LEGO, VEX, Arduino, or similar platforms.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and exploratory classroom environment.
Provide regular feedback on student progress and help track learning outcomes.
Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate robotics with broader STEM learning goals.

Qualifications
Experience teaching or tutoring robotics to children, particularly in the K-12 segment.
Familiarity with child-friendly robotics tools and platforms (e.g., LEGO, Scratch, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young learners.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging lessons.
Background in education, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience with curriculum development for younger age groups is a plus.
