About The Role

The Roller Operator role is vital for the upkeep of the road network in the City of Coffs Harbour. We are seeking a dedicated candidate with proven expertise in plant operation related to the maintenance of both sealed and unsealed roads.

You will bring a solid understanding of plant maintenance and the ability to proactively identify and report any issues through the City's maintenance management system. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in roller operations and road construction or maintenance, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment.
