Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
Empty trash bins and replace liners in all areas of the room.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
Assist with the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
