Job Description
Room Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
This is a full-time position with seasonal and permanent opportunities available. We are looking for candidates available to start on July 23rd and August 6th.
Starting Rate of Pay: $20.80 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.30
Job Duties Include:
Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Excellent organization skills and time management
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
