ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is responsible for the coordination and management of all rostering and deployment functions leading to operational rosters. The position provides an interface between corporate, operational, and rostering functions and is responsible for ensuring the necessary resourcing exists within the sector for dynamic and proactive management.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in NSW Ambulance rostering and deployment functions that operate within the NSW Ambulance Paramedics State Award and other legislation.
Excellent problem solving, decision making, and organisational skills and the ability to meet competing demands in a high-volume work environment within required timeframes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated abilities in listening and negotiation.
Have an aptitude for problem-solving and implementing solutions.
Skilled in engagement, collaboration, and relationship-building with multiple stakeholders internal and external to NSW Ambulance.
