Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented System Builder, Documentor, and Process Maker to create and maintain efficient workflows, training programs, and process documentation. This role is critical for developing operational systems that allow our teams and clients to operate seamlessly, ensuring consistent and scalable execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in process creation, training program development, and the ability to identify and optimize operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
● System and Process Development:
○ Design and build scalable systems and processes for internal teams and clients in areas such as marketing, finance, and HR.
○ Create detailed workflows, SOPs, and checklists to document processes clearly and comprehensively.
○ Collaborate with various departments to understand operational needs and create custom systems to improve efficiency.
● Process Optimization:
○ Analyze current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
○ Implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and ensure smoother workflows.
○ Ensure that all systems align with the company’s goals and support scalability.
● Documentation and Standardization:
○ Develop and maintain a library of SOPs and other critical documents that are easy to understand and accessible to team members.
○ Ensure that all processes are well-documented for internal and client use.
○ Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in business needs or industry standards.
● Training Program Development:
○ Design training programs, including quizzes, evaluations, and practical assessments (e.g., viva), to ensure staff understand and can follow operational processes.
○ Create comprehensive training materials (tutorials, guides, videos) for onboarding new employees and upskilling current staff.
○ Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage their progression through training milestones.
● Quality Assurance and Compliance:
○ Ensure that all systems and processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
○ Conduct periodic audits of systems and processes to ensure adherence and identify areas for further improvement.
● Automation and Technology Integration:
○ Identify opportunities for automation to streamline manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
○ Work with IT and development teams to implement and integrate appropriate technology solutions into workflows.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in process development, operations management, or business systems analysis.
● Strong ability to design, document, and implement processes and workflows.
● Experience in creating training programs and materials.
● Proficiency in process management tools and software.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in a related field or certification in process management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
● Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
● Familiarity with automation tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Performance Tracks and Internship Structure Overview
Employees in the Advanced Track (High-Base, Low Comp built-in) are expected to meet over twice the performance and target expectations compared to those in the Development Track (Low-Base, High Comp to be earned). Advanced Track employees must achieve all targets independently by the 15th day, adhering to strict performance standards. If they fail to meet these expectations, they may face termination during the probation period. These employees will initially serve as contractors for the first three months, with the expectation of delivering high-level performance from the outset, leveraging their prior experience.
Development Track employees start as mandatory trainees for the first 10 days, with the potential for extension until they successfully complete a mock delivery or viva. If they do not meet the required standard during this phase, they will receive reduced trainee pay; however, upon successful completion, they will receive full compensation retroactively. Following the training phase, they transition to contractor status until the first or second month close, aiming to become full employees by the second or third month close. Roles within the Development Track may also be reassigned based on individual performance during training.
Both tracks have access to recorded self-training modules, but in-depth, hands-on training is reserved for the Development Track to facilitate gradual skill development and long-term performance improvement. This reflects the developmental nature of the track, providing employees with time to meet progressive targets. In contrast, the Advanced Track does not offer extended training, as employees in this track are expected to bring at least four years of experience and demonstrate immediate proficiency.
The High-Base, Low Comp built-in model provides Advanced Track employees with a higher fixed salary but minimal or no performance-based bonuses, as they are expected to operate independently from the start. On the other hand, the Low-Base, High Comp to be earned model gives Development Track employees a lower starting salary but offers significant performance-based bonus opportunities, providing a pathway for them to potentially out-earn Advanced Track employees by consistently meeting progressive targets. This structure incentivizes performance-based growth while aligning benchmarks with employee development stages.
Interns are divided into two categories. External Student Free Training Module Candidates work remotely with access to self-training materials and are unpaid, though they may progress to internal internships based on their performance. Internal Interns are required to complete a minimum three-month internship, working on-site with one hour of daily guidance from a junior assistant or trainer. They are expected to take on basic modules independently over time, earning a stipend during the internship. Employment may be offered upon successful completion of the internship or earlier if they demonstrate the required level of performance.
Management Trainees—reserved for candidates from institutions like IIM, IIT, XLRI, or individuals with five or more years of experience—receive direct, in-depth training from senior management. They work on easy projects designed to build core competencies, even if the projects are not aligned with the company’s immediate delivery needs. This track prepares trainees for future responsibilities, with potential pre-placement offers in junior management or sales roles based on their performance.
