Job Responsibilities:
MOPAC Overview
MOPAC is a key organization within the Greater London Authority, responsible for policing and community safety in London. We work closely with the Metropolitan Police Service, partner agencies, and Government to ensure London's safety and security.

Key Objectives
The successful candidate will lead MOPAC in achieving several key objectives, including:
Finalizing and progressing the delivery of the Mayor's new Police and Crime Plan for London
Oversighting and supporting the delivery of ongoing reforms to the Metropolitan Police Service
Working collaboratively with the Met, partner agencies, and Government to make London safer at a time of significant funding pressure

Team Leadership
You will lead a team of 300 specialist staff, working across a diverse range of responsibilities, including commissioning services to support victims of crime and producing internationally respected data analysis and research. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of policing and community safety in London.
