Job description
Salaried GP job in South Shields, up to 6 sessions, with paid pro rata CPD/admin session, up to £11k per session.

We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP for a practice in South Shields. They have a team of 3 GPs who are supported by an ANP, Practice Nurse and HCA. There is a great level of support available with a centralised admin function allowing GPs to focus on the clinical side of things. This practice has a list size of approximately 6,500 patients, so you can get to know your patients and their families. The practice has adopted innovative ways of working, again freeing up more of the GPs time to focus on patients. The workload is manageable with a below average patient consults per session and low visits. The practice strong links with training and development of not only GPs but Nurses and other allied health professionals.

Key Duties
• Up to 6 sessions a week available
• Patient list size of approximately 6,500 patients
• Manageable workload and minimal home visits
• Excellent management and clinical support available
• SystmOne practice software
• Lots of support for training and development
• Opportunity to focus in specialist interest areas

Package And Benefits
• Up to £11,000 per session dependent on experience
• Indemnity covered in addition to salary

Key Skills, Qualifications And Client Requirements
• Registered GP with the GMC
• Possess the right to work in the UK
• Included on NHS performers list
• Minimum of 2 years post training experience
