Position : Customer Support Executive (Italian Language Expert)

Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work from Office)

Salary : Up to 7.5 LPA

Experience : Minimum 1 Year or Freshers (C1 Certified in Italian)

Open Positions : 20

Age Limit : Up to 32 years

Working Hours : Night Shift, 5 Days a Week

Relocation : Willingness to relocate to Jaipur required; relocation allowance up to 8,000/month

Accommodation : Provided for the first 15 days

Cab Facility : Available within a 20 km radius or 180/day as allowance

Roles Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document interactions and follow up on any unresolved queries.
• Collaborate with team members to support a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
• Certification : C1 level proficiency in Italian (required).
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support; freshers with C1 certification are also welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
• Willingness to work in a night shift and relocate to Jaipur.
