Job description
Miami Jewish Health has an exciting opportunity in Miami, Florida! We are developing a new senior living CCRC and are seeking experienced, hospitality-minded individuals to join the Sales and Marketing Team for this dynamic community.

The Director is responsible for managing the people, processes, and programs of the community sales office. This effort includes both implementing and monitoring measurable sales goals for calls, appointments, event attendance, deposits, occupancy levels, and revenue generation for the community. The Director is responsible for communicating the sales and marketing goals to the sales team, motivating the team to achieve the goals, and emphasizing the importance of creating a positive customer experience that inspires prospects to want to move to the community.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or related field.

• Must be comfortable and proficient in public speaking to large groups of potential residents and referral sources.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
