Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager or Sales Manager within the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base to support business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operations within the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve operational performance, and meet customer expectations.

- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain industries.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

-Effective Co-ordination with shippers, exporter and Customers.
