Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your negotiation, business development, and account management skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication abilities, analysis skills, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. A background in B2B sales, marketing, and leadership will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach
Lead negotiations to secure contracts and close sales deals effectively
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized service
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and inform strategic decisions
Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively
Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to sales strategies
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate team members
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
