Sales and Admin Support

FluidPro is a manufacturer of quality fluid mixing and processing solutions. We are committed to providing high-quality tailored fluid processing equipment to a range of industries, including engineering, water treatment, food processing, chemical processing and manufacturing.

We are currently seeking a sales and admin assistant to join our team in Camden, NSW.

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated person to assist our sales, marketing and admin teams in their day-to-day operations activities. This position will include a variety of tasks across internal sales and admin, and provide the opportunity to expand your skills, and build your sales career or administrative experience.

The Role Will Include:

Responding to incoming sales calls and email enquiries and providing quick quotes
Following up with sales quotes and orders via phone and email
Entering sales leads into the CRM database
Providing product information and assistance to customers
Cold calling new prospects to grow leads database
Administrative tasks including arranging freight and deliveries, entering purchase orders into the system and liaising with the warehouse on order timeframes
Attending trade shows and events to network and generate new leads/prospects
Providing additional support to the sales, marketing and administration teams as required
Creating job folders and ensuring job paperwork is up to date
To be successful you will need:

Hardworking with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Punctual and reliable
Ability to communicate well in person, over the phone and through written communications
Understanding of sales and marketing processes and strategies
Ability to work well as part of a team and across teams
Willingness to learn and develop an understanding of product specifications
Ability to keep track of multiple orders, customers and projects
