Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a media-savvy individual passionate about innovative content and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in media sales and marketing, particularly with a focus on branded content, media partnerships, and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the media and content space.
Support end-to-end client servicing – from initial outreach and pitching to campaign execution and reporting.
Develop proposals, marketing decks, and campaign strategies tailored to client requirements.
Liaise between internal creative teams and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of branded content.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Assist in building the organization’s brand image and visibility across media and communication platforms.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements

Graduate in Mass Media or related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Media Sales & Marketing (preferably with content production houses, media agencies, or digital platforms).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset with a business development approach.
Good understanding of branded content, media planning, and execution.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
