We are looking for enthusiastic interns/candidates for a flexible and challenging job at Hallmark Services, a Facility Management Services Startup based out of Mumbai.
This will be a hands-on and paid experience in a Business Development and Client-facing role and great scope for growth as per performance results as the company grows itself.
Role will be remote and there will be great scope for learning.
• Candidates need to be fluent in English (spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken).
• Interest and experience in the real estate and interior design space.
• Candidates should ideally have some prior experience in this role.

Job description
• Responsible for assisting with Lead Generation, Sales, running of upcoming projects.
• Developing an intermediary network with Real Estate Consultants, Interior Designers, Architects and Turnkey Contractors, Corporates and customers in the market.
• Manage Channel Partners on-boarding and relationship
• Conceptualise and execute different initiatives to enhance the sales of the project
• Analysing business potential and implementing plans to drive channels for attaining sales Target
• Monitoring sales process by devising customer mix, positioning, and payment schedule based on delivery schedule
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities
• Work on lead generation, sales closure, and after-sales assistance process
• Closely work with the marketing department to work out different programs to increase the visibility of the company
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Have in-depth knowledge of business products/services and value proposition
Sales Intern Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
• Updating documents and sales records.
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
• Observing and carrying out sales processes.
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Assisting managers with negotiations.
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
