Job Description - Sales Executive
Speciality Chemical & Environmental protection equipment’s
Job Summary
Responsible for sales & marketing of variety of chemicals such as Speciality Chemicals, Decolouriser, Defoamer, Dewatering Poly, Poly-electrolyte, textile chemicals, etc.
He is also responsible for business development of environment protection equipment such as, ETP, STP, Sludge dewatering screw press, Dryer, RO, DM, etc.
Primary responsibilities
• Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries and in applied in ETP, Waste water treatment, Water Treatment, etc
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
Job Description
Technical & on-site support for end user / customer.
Minimum 1+ Years in Industrial Products, preferably in Speciality Chemicals & equipment.
Good teamwork skills, Communication skills, good organisation and planning skills and networking ability.
Adaptability, Creativity, writing skills, numerical skills.
Commercial awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience :
o Should be a Graduate or a Post Graduate with minimum 1+ years of experience in Chemical Products.
o Sales & marketing experience in water & waste water treatment field.
Other Skill Set Required :
o Strong problem solving, influence and negotiation skills.
o Trials at customer place, preparation of study report, submission & presentation of report.
o Demonstrated use of excellent interpersonal skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proven track record of strong selling and managing skills
o Must have high level of knowledge about our product.
o Ability to read, analyses, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
o Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
o Experience & knowledge to use computer especially with Microsoft programs; i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
o Travel as and when required.
o Attend exhibition, stall erection, product display, marketing, invitation to client, etc at
various location at all over India & abroad.
Business territory
• Maharashtra, Goa, Gujrat & other states of India as per required
