Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. As a Fresher, you will be given extensive training and mentoring to help you become a successful Sales and Marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking events.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives.

· Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Prepare sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services.

· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

· Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Continuously improve knowledge and skills in sales and marketing techniques and industry trends.

· Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
