Sales And Marketing Representative

Responsibilities
• [Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Daily report to HR / Administrative/ Marketing Head Person
• Daily Visit report to mention in Excel with Contact Number and Report to Marketing Head
• They have Bike for visit plants & Laptop for daily updating.
• You have to achieve targets.

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Experience in Commercial Finance/ Dumper Finance / Commercial Machinery finance.
• If experience in Bitumen road Sector it will be very grateful for us
• Good Repo in Plant people and contractors
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
• 3 -10 years experience in marketing or sales.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in our products may be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
