Overview:
We are a leading real estate brokerage firm in search of an ambitious and results-driven Sales Specialist. This role will be pivotal in driving our company's sales targets and expansion within the real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate landscape and an innate ability to close deals and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in clientele and revenue.
Client Relations:
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor offerings and ensure a seamless buying/selling experience.
Market Analysis:
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
• Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
• Work alongside the marketing team to ensure listings are showcased effectively and reach the right target audience.
• Engage with other sales professionals to share best practices and develop new sales techniques.
Contract Negotiation:
• Skillfully negotiate contracts to close deals that are advantageous to both the client and our company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a persistent drive to succeed.
