Job description Designation: Sales and Marketing Specialist Overview: We are seeking a sales and marketing candidate with a proven track record in both B2B. The Sales and Marketing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Shree Vagmi Entertainment - Production. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with other departments, such as Ad Agencies and Production houses, to ensure cohesive business strategies. • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and implement improvements. • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Reporting Manager, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales or a related field is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. • Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales. -Online Lead Generation via Google. -Laptop/Mobile Device.
