Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the post-production or media industry, with a particular focus on color grading and DI (Digital Intermediate) services. This role is crucial to our growth, and we need someone who can drive sales and help us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients for our Color Grading DI services.
• Identify and target key markets and industries to promote our services.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a sales person in the post-production or media industry.
• Willingness to work on a commission basis.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
