As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Your role will be crucial in generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and developing strategies to promote our products or services effectively. You will collaborate closely with the sales and Digital marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns and outreach programs that maximize brand awareness and sales growth.

Salary Offered :
• 2.5 L to 3 LPA

Responsibilities:
• Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive strategies to target new customers, expand market reach, and increase sales revenue.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, cold-calling, and networking, to identify and engage potential leads.
• Customer Conversion: Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales process to convert them into loyal customers.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives, to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports to management for insights and performance evaluation.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of products or services offered.
• Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to create brand awareness and develop business opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
