Job Description:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
3. Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote product sales.
4. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
5. Coordinate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
6. Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
8. Participate in sales events and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
