Role Overview

As the Sales & Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for sales and sourcing strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the efficient supply of materials for production. This is a key leadership position requiring industry expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
• Drive sales growth by targeting and developing new industries requiring narrow-width metal strips.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.

Operations Management
• Collaborate with suppliers to source wide coils of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, or similar metals.
• Coordinate with the production team to manage inventory and lead times.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the metals industry, specifically in sales or sourcing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, or similar materials.
• Proven experience in sales of narrow-width metal strips and/or sourcing of wide coils from mills / imports / traders in aluminium alloys / copper alloys / nickel alloys / stainless steel alloys).
• knowledge of new/existing markets and applications in India of narrow width alloys and material requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
