We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Director to join our team at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading our sales team to achieve and exceed targets, leveraging your leadership skills to motivate and guide them.
• Developing and implementing strategies for business growth and client acquisition, focusing on expanding our market share and improving customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Regularly reviewing branch performance, analyzing key data and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
• Reporting sales results and providing insights for continuous improvement, using your analytical mindset to interpret data and inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the life insurance or financial services sector.
• Sound knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage sales and customer information.

We offer a competitive salary of **₹1,800,000 - ₹3,600,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
