We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales and relationship management, with a focus on loans, insurance, and real estate. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
2. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Cross-sell and upsell loan, insurance, and real estate products.
Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
Product Knowledge:
1. Develop in-depth knowledge of loan, insurance, and real estate products.
2. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
Administrative Tasks:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and relationship management (loan, insurance, real estate, or related industry).
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of loan, insurance, and real estate products.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
