Customer Support Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Provide top-notch customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
• Work independently to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills.
• Age limit below 40 years.
• Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
