Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented RBD (Retail Business Development) Sales Employee to join our team. As an RBD Sales Employee, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our retail partners. Your primary focus will be to maximize sales growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets within the designated territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products to retail partners within the assigned territory.
Territory Management: Develop and execute effective territory management plans to identify new business opportunities, maximize sales potential, and grow market share.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail stores, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs and align our offerings accordingly.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to retail partners, highlighting the value proposition of our products and addressing any objections or concerns. Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and sales forecasts. Generate regular sales reports and provide timely feedback to the management team.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and proactively identify areas for personal and professional development. Stay updated on sales techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Adherence to Policies: Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations while conducting sales activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
