Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business

Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful

candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities,

building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. As a Sales

Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital

advertising and marketing to help clients achieve their goals and capitalize on

the full potential of digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

1 Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including

cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

2. Understand client needs and objectives to develop tailored solutions that

align with their business goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and

stakeholders within target organizations.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends,

competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies,

marketing campaigns, and customized proposals.

6. Present and demonstrate our digital services to clients, highlighting the

value and benefits of partnering with Adscholars.

7. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually

beneficial agreements.

8. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and

insights to the management team.

practices to provide strategic recommendations and maintain a competitive

edge.

10.Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth

project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Business Development Manager or a similar

role in the digital advertising or marketing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, marketing strategies,

and industry trends.

4. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or

exceeding sales targets.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to

effectively articulate complex concepts to clients.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach

to decision-making.

7. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently

and collaborate effectively within a team
